I ORDERED A DRESS FOR AN EVENT. I PAID EXTRA for expedited shipping of 3-5 business days. Dress arrived in 10 days. When I went to post a review I was blocked saying I already reviewed the dress.....I didn't! Don't believe the refund policy. I requested the refund policy prior to receiving the dress since I no longer needed it. The dress is Mermaid Illusion Neck Prom Dress. PLEASE SEND ME THE REFUND PROCESS TO GET MY MONEY BACK
