This company is a scam! I ordered a dress that I was going to wear for a special event and paid over $120 for it plus shipping and the shipping stated it would come in 10-15 business days so I ordered it well in advance of my event. Well turns out they lied about shipping because it did not come in for over a month later!! A few days after I ordered I even inquired about if it would be shipped in the next few weeks and if not if I could get a refund. And they stated it wouldn’t be shipped until the following MONTH! And ignored my request about the refund. I sent them screenshots and everything and still no luck. So by the time it arrived I could not wear it to my event so I was very sad and did not even want to try it on after it came in :(
However, I tried to make the most of this situation , and recently I had another event I want to wear it to so I finally took it out of the package and tried it on and it does not even fit! It was nowhere close to the size it was supposed to be and I had even sized up by 2 sizes since I normally wear a size 4/6 dress I ordered a size 8 because it suggested it. But it came in what looked to be a size 2/4! So I emailed the customer service and they said they don’t accept returns after 7 days and now I am stuck with a dress that I paid over $120 for that I can not even wear.
I had even tried to ask them if I could exchange it for a larger size (it has never been worn -other than when I tried it on briefly- and still has the tags, original package, etc), so there is no reason they shouldn’t have let me exchange it for a proper size. Plus it does not state on their website anything about it needing to be within 7 days for an exchange. I told them this and they then decided to ghost me and not respond. I still have not heard back from them. So that is how I know they are not a legitimate company and have no customer ethics. They were completely unhelpful and do not care about customer satisfaction at all. Terrible quality, terrible sizing, and terrible customer service. Total scam. 0/10 would not recommend.

I should have done my research before buying from them. It’s sad that you have to literally research a company before buying from them to avoid scams. But unfortunately this scam got me good. I’m now out more than $120 but hopefully this review will put a stop to them scamming more people.
